Health warning. Everything on this site — the free guides, the articles, the videos and the coaching — is general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. Check with your GP before starting any new exercise or eating plan, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, taking medication, or living with a health condition. If something hurts, stop. You take part at your own risk.

No guaranteed results

Fat loss and fitness depend on your effort, your circumstances, your health and your consistency. I share what has worked for me and for the people I coach. I cannot and do not promise a specific result, weight or timescale.

The free guide and emails

The 7-day fat-loss plan is free. When you request it you consent to receive it by email along with follow-up emails about training, nutrition and my coaching. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can leave whenever you like. How I handle your data is set out in my Privacy Policy.

Coaching

Paid coaching is arranged separately and governed by the terms agreed at the time of purchase, including anything specific about scheduling, payment and cancellation. Prices and availability can change.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site, particularly on the kit page, are affiliate links. If you buy through one I may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. I only link to kit I would genuinely point a client towards, and a commission never changes what I recommend.

My content

The text, images, videos, guides and plans on this site are mine and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read them, use them personally and share a link. You may not copy, resell, republish or redistribute them without my written permission.

Your conduct

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people's details to my forms, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Other people's sites

Where I link to a third-party site I do so in good faith, but I do not control it and am not responsible for its content, products or privacy practices.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its free content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
